- Built an AI assistant 0 → 1: proposed and led development of an assistant on Amazon Bedrock and Claude Sonnet that lets administrators configure MDT with prompts; owned requirements, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design through beta.
- Cut time to fix bugs by 30% with AI: led an agentic loop that reads bug reports and the codebase, proposes a fix, and writes the code; engineers review each fix before it merges.
- Ran pilots with customers: led the CAD UI modernization pilot, organizing customer communication and designing it to collect feedback.

- Owned a cloud and on-prem orchestration platform: multi-region deployment and replication across customer environments, with Ansible and Terraform playbooks to deploy and configure products.
- Grew sales 60% through redefined licensing: redesigned entitlement topologies to move from hardware to software distribution and owned the entitlement APIs internal teams build on.
- Built the observability program 0 → 1: rolled out Grafana LGTM company-wide on AWS (logs, metrics, traces, alerting), correlating system events with license usage; cut application support costs by 70%.
